Lunch at NUSS Guildhouse (14 Dec '10)

We had a appreciation lunch for all those who were involved in the office move committee. The chairman took us to NUSS Guildhouse for a 2 hours lunch. Was stopped at the door, on account of me not wearing a collared shirt. Had to go wear one of their borrowed collared long-sleeved shirts. Saw quite a few other uncles also wearing the same-patterned shirt, so I was not the only one :p Food was delicious. It was great to be able to unwind a bit from all the hassle of the past two months~

Visit to Chez Phang (12 Dec '10)

Last Sunday got invited over to Jinming and Huifang's new home in the east, as well as visit their uber-cute baby girl, Ying Xuan's first-month celebration. It was super-crowded, but the food was superb! The decor at their new place was very nice. the new parents looked tired but joyful. Am happy for them ;) Congrats Jin Ming and Huifang! And welcome, Xuan xuan!

Office Move (09 - 10 Dec '10)

Finally! The big day! After 8 years at our old office at Chai Chee, we took the plunge to move out to a new office at Macpherson area. It was a trying and tiring move, as the runway from start to end was only about 2 months? But God is good, and He saw us through it all. We are still in the midst of unpacking our stuff. Hopefully, our office can be fully operational by the end of the week :) Thank you Abba!

Dinner at Sommerset (07 Dec '10)

Last night went out to celebrate the birthday dinner of my friends at Tripleone Sommerset. Never been there to have meals before. It's not that big, around two levels, you can walk the retail section in under 15 minutes. :P But the food and teh company makes a whole lot of difference ;)

Lunch at Siglap Fu Lin (07 Dec '10)

We all decided to head down to our favorite "yong tau hoo" store at Siglap before the big move on Thursday and Friday. it's also to welcome Ben from Cary office, who's here to help out with the move. Great food, wonderful fellowship and chit-chatting... mmmm!

Confession/ 告白 Kokuhaku (2010)

Saw the synopsis from Yahoo movies site, and read it's pretty dark. Wasn't really going to watch it, till my bro asked me along. It's a riveting morality tale, very, very dark. It's amazing how the twist and turns came unfolding, when you know the whole tale one third into the film. Roughly about 30 minutes into the show, you would know the whole gist, the 来龙去脉 is revealed.

But the character development and the twists... and the interesting cinematography, and the use of talented actors, both recognised and rising stars... Definitely not a show to be missed. Don't go if you're looking for "hahahah" moments, wait for "Go_Find_a_Psychic!" / "Magare! Spoon" at the end of Dec instead.
