Visit to the Lows and their newborn, Ansel

The Lows welcomed their second bundle of joy, Ansel Low Eng Jie 2 days. A few of us dropped by and said hi to the family. Managed to catch the cute daughter, Emma as well ("Twinke twinkle TAR!")
