Cafe Cartel Lunch Outing (16 Feb '09)

Went to Siglap area for lunch to celebrate two of our colleagues' birthdays. Initially wanted to go to a Japanese restaurant, but seems like it has closed down. So we went back to Cafe Cartel and had a great time of fellowship and celebration~
