What will you do, if you are given a second chance to fall in love again? Will you make a choice to go down a path you know will end in your early death? Do you have the courage to love someone, despite the infirmities of the other party?

These are but some of the questions that popped in my mind as I watched this film. Poignant, and not-so-in-your-face sentimentality. The lush japanese countryside, with the little innocuous reference to Japanese culture (from sunny dolls to difference in calling each other names). Must watch for J-pop fans.
