Simple to do, get a pack of Meiji Plain crackers, scatter some cheese over each and toast for about 2-3 minutes. Wash down with fresh cherry-tomatoes and a big glass of Meiji Milk... Tadah~ healthy breakfast!

EVEN simpler to do..grab the water bottle and glup the whole bottle down..haax tadah PLAIN breakie. :p
