Well, I enjoyed it, cos I guess I wasn't that self-conscious. Still couldn't let myself go to jumping up and down, but I did wave my hands and shout out loud. I guess for my friends and most of the concert-goers, they were kinda conscious of the fact they were in a church; so they weren't really prepare to do the "wild" antics of a normal rock concert.
The warm-up act, Rapture Ruckus, was trying his best to get the house going; but I think not many can get his Christian rapping cos either it was too fast or too new for us. I was edified by his testimony of how he changed his previous lifestyle of using drugs to his present one of rapping for God, and by his moving rendition of "I Believe".
I'm not familiar with most of the new songs of the new Parachute band; but still can follow after they sang it the first time. Some of the lyrics are pretty ministering. I guess the volume was kinda REALLY loud, so they sounded a bit off during the concert. But after I listened to the preview of clips on their website, they sounded more "normal". I went to Trumpet Praise to get their CD. Should have gotten it at the special price during the concert :p
Not bad la, at least this time round you responded at 1.16am :D
