on a ministering CG session...

Hmm, yesterday was feeling kinda down in the day, cos of not enough rest, and just a bit swamped at work. But somehow the burdens just fell away even as I went for fellowship in the CG. Had a great dinner, trying food for the first time at a stall from the kopi-tiam beneath my friend's place. Afterwards, while waiting for the rest to come, a few of us just gathered and watched an entertaining Korean TV show  while chowing down our dinner.


After dinner, we started CG proper. It was a simple yet profound lesson that my friend brought us through, on the Beatitudes and being salt of the earth. I guess one thing which I draw from this is we are not to compromise on our identity as the salt of the earth; if we lose our saltiness, then all we really be good for is to be trampled on by the world.
