So what it means is that I've jogged 3.03 kilometres in 23 minutes, and burnt bout 325 calories.
Then I went to the nearby canteen for lunch. This is what I had:
Think I've gained back more than the 325 calories I ran off just an hour earlier....

Except that i told the uncle i didn't want Achar and gave away 1/2 my rice and 1 cracker to my friend (i had 2 crackers). Spread my fats around.
These days, i can't take too much rice at dinner. Too full... =(
Seriously? I just wanna try out the indian food stall, cos' it's been closed a while. I think the stall got changed hands, so must try my favourite indian food... :p
