on newton's 3rd law in my regime...

went to jog just now during lunch time


So what it means is that I've jogged 3.03 kilometres in 23 minutes, and burnt bout 325 calories.

Then I went to the nearby canteen for lunch. This is what I had:


Think I've gained back more than the 325 calories I ran off just an hour earlier....

    Ok, i just did the same earlier this evening! =P

    Except that i told the uncle i didn't want Achar and gave away 1/2 my rice and 1 cracker to my friend (i had 2 crackers). Spread my fats around.

    These days, i can't take too much rice at dinner. Too full... =(

  4. Seriously? I just wanna try out the indian food stall, cos' it's been closed a while. I think the stall got changed hands, so must try my favourite indian food... :p

  5. my skirts n pants r getting tighter =( Sadz!! must start exercising else i gotta buy new clothes... getting old liaoz! last time can eat n don't exercise n remain the same weight.. but now...!! *wail!*
