Last time missed out on having the steak, so I decided to go back to Ashton's today for lunch. Ordered for myself the Prime rib Xtra cut, medium rare. :P Because we were among the earlier customers, my beef was done to perfection! Nice pink centre with plenty of juices ooooooozzzzing out the meat. The mushroom sauce was set aside in a separate small dish bowl, so that one can savor the rich juiciness of the original beef.... mmmmmmmm~
