Dinner Outing @ Bugis (14 Apr '09)




Somne opf us from the office decided to head to the new theatre at Iluma to try it out. Before that, we had a scrumptious "bak ku the" (肉骨茶) dinner at Rocher centre. Song sia, the "bak ku"!

  3. no la~ my husband drinks the soup that i made la~ the ingredients are from Rebecca (bought in Malaysia) or i bought from Malay shops here! very easy, just put the package + some ribs into the pot, and add water! the difficult part is the timing... i haven't found any restaurants here that serve gd 肉骨茶, i'm thinking going to Sing to try some!

  4. should try the one in Malaysia! Ask you friend to bring you to Klang area, absolutely "mo duck deng"! XD

    According to my friend, she says her mom just let the soup simmer boil with the meat whole day, so as to get all the essence out :P
