More Pictures at Ion (08 Aug '09)

Went down to Ion again on Saturday. Took more pictures of toys and miscellaneous stuff. I can now proudly say I've walked all the levels of Ion, from top to bottom. I even went all the way up from to levels 5 to 8 (those are just the carpark levels)

And it's true what they say, the higher level you go, th more expensive the shopping became. Thankfully there's still a supermarket at level 4 where you can at least buy your drinks and stuff... :p well, some of the less pricer stuff, anyway XD

  4. Haha... think B1 to B4 enough to see liao. =P

Levels 1 to 4 is to earn the rich folks' and foreigners' $. The basement is to earn the common Singaporeans' $.

The other night, i was there and decided to head to the bottom to get a bite. Bought an affordable pancake and soya bean drink. Then was taking the lift to Level 4, where they indicated "Ion Art" in the lift. Just wanted to take a look.

At level 1, a couple stepped in and wanted to go B4 despite the lift heading up! I reminded them that the lift was going up and they thought for a moment, and said its ok. The guy then asked me what's at level 4 and i said i don't know, just there to check out and see if there's any art stuff there, since it says "Ion Art". He then asked if i was heading there to get dinner, and the wife said "He's already having dinner!" in a joking manner. Ha... yes, i was munching in the lift as it was going up. =P

I then shrugged my shoulders and mumbled like "Yeah, this is my snack". Oops... really poor guy, dinner on the move. Hee..

I left the couple and told them the good food is in B4, where they were heading. =)

  5. haha, but the y really have a lot of "la la zar zar" foodstuff. I think to go through them all will not only require one third of my pay, buy one third of my leave as well...

Motivation for you to pass your RT and then use the moolah and go there and binge! XD

  8. kekeke... wells, like the bunch of us were drooling over a particular bag in LV... the price tag is $2450. got other cheaper ones lah... cheaper is all relative... it's like, $1200 - 1600?? hahaha

then my fren saw a dress she likes at Burberry... it's $3190.

then i saw a trench coat at Burberry.... it's $9xxx.

so we feel very poor simply walking around these places =P hahaha!! so we quickly go basement after that.. hee :P

  9. Wow... for those prices, think i'll rather buy an air ticket, fly to Paris, where you can get LV for cheaper price, and in Italy, where you can visit Tuscany, a rural place where you can find tons of branded goods for a fraction of the price! =P
