on having my beloved back at my home...

yeaps, brought Jamis-maru back home, after a week's free parking at my Father's home. :p Actually went down yesterday in the morning to try to ride my bicycle back. To my surprise, when I got there, I found an additional chain and lock on my bike. It's not your weeny-miny chain, I'm talking about 1-inch thick brand new sparkling chain, with bright shiny chrome lock. I was more impressed than distressed upon seeing the lock and chain, cos' I was like, "Waaaaa, added security~ my Father really looking after my new bike well." :D Talked to the security guard on duty, he said the guy who put the chain and lock on my bike was not around, so I have to wait for the next day i.e. today to pick up my bike.

Went a bit earlier today to talk to the security guard. He called up the man-in-charge and lo and behold, it's Robert, the ground-keeper of my church. haha, he's a nice guy, but no-nonsense sorta fella. He gave me a firm lecture on how i was not to do my ninja thing again. :p I just have him the sheepish "boy-caught-in-the-prank" look and apologise profusely. He held up his finger and thumb an inch apart and said he was that close to lodging a police report when he heard what I had done. And we did have a nice chat on where I can park my beloved bike; it's okay to lock my bike on the church premises. Just make sure it's somewhere I can get to it easily in future.
