Yeaps, our office ran into some hiccups with Internet connectivity issues a couple of days last week. Apparently it was due to our Skype program acting with hiccups after an unplanned Windows security update.

It didn't help that we are now in the midst of our busy season. Thank God our IT people are really a bunch of tech whiz who are gracious with our multiple calls and questions. This week, our Internet connectivity is up again, so things are slowly resuming to normalcy.
Well, technology certainly can help us in accomplishing more each day, but take care of your personal response to others when technology does a hiccup.
