on thoughts from 6th watchnight prayer session...

Intercession for the lost - stand in the gap between the living and the dead!

Romans 15: 1-2, 5-6 (NASB)

1Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength and not just please ourselves.

2 Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification.

5 Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus,

6 so that with one accord you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer for one another.

Prayer for the church, prayer for the harvest.

We choose to believe, and we believe, not because we chose it, but because You chose us to choose, and You showed yourself so real to us that it no longer becomes a choice in choosing You. But it is real to choose You.

Believe in God's sovereign plan to restore, that He is willing to restore, can restore and will restore!

2 Chronicles 22: 10 - 11 (NASB)

10 Now when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she rose and destroyed all the royal offspring of the house of Judah.

11 But Jehoshabeath the king's daughter took Joash the son of Ahaziah, and stole him from among the king's sons who were being put to death, and placed him and his nurse in the bedroom. So Jehoshabeath, the daughter of King Jehoram, the wife of Jehoiada the priest (for she was the sister of Ahaziah), hid him from Athaliah so that she would not put him to death.

Restoration in 2 Chronicles 24:1-4

1 Joash was seven years old when he became king, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Zibiah from Beersheba.

2 Joash did what was right in the sight of the LORD all the days of Jehoiada the priest.

3 Jehoiada took two wives for him, and he became the father of sons and daughters.

4 Now it came about after this that Joash decided to restore the house of the LORD.

7 years of waiting, before the baby can become king. Trust in the Lord, even when He doesn't seems to answer our prayers immediately.
