on a negative-sum game this week...

in terms of my physical regime. Here's in a nutshell:

Tuesday: Started regime by taking time off during lunch to go swimming 20 lap in 45 mins. (Plus). Evening went drinking mutton soup, kopi tarik and "la la" at Adam Road, followed by a single scoop of Tiger Sorbet at Island Creamery. (Minus)   

Wednesday: Went out with colleagues for lunch at Bedok Central food centre. Ate "jwee quey" (水粿), fried "sui jiao" (炸水饺) & "jiao zi mian" (饺子面), with grass-jelly drink mixed with soy-bean milk (青草加豆奶/“黑白”). (Minus)

Thursday: Swam again, 20 laps in 30 minutes. (Woot! PLUS!)

Friday: Evening go for fried fish noodle soup (炸鱼片面汤), followed by mango-sago dessert in Chinatown area. (Boo! MINUS!) Then had a big glass of passion fruit drink, plus chips and fried gyoza at 爱琴海 (Minus Square!)

Sat: Morning went for an hour of badminton (Steady! Plus!) Followed by "nasi lemak" with chicken drumstick and “黑白”at Alexandre Village. (Boo! Minus!) Then evening friends cooked sumptuous but healthy home-cooked food at their  home. (hmm, in between bah :P)

Sun: Afternoon had "mee goreng" for lunch (Terok la, dair! Minus for you!). THen decided to chill at Starbucks with a grande mocha frappacino... with whipped cream! (Thunder and lightning! MINUS to power of infinity!) then evening went to friends' housewarming party with lotsa good food, pie, cheese, dessert wine, ice cream... (SOB! MINUS to power of infinity +1)

Ergo this week has been a failure. Hmm, i think have to be more disciplined liao, Must control my intake... :P
