1) Putting too much sugar in my daily dosages of coffee. I used to drink it a la cafe white style, but have started putting a couple of teaspoons of refined sugar in my cuppa. Compound it with the fact that I drink at least 3 cuppas a day, you can just imagine the amount of sugar that's going into my system.
2) Eating heavy breakfast - right now have developed the habit of having breakfast fellowship with my colleagues and becoming the "canteen boy" in office. Now dun get me wrong, one should have breakfast to start off the day. Just that we shouldn't have TWO breakfasts in a day :p
3) Slackening in my physical regime. Have not gone into constant exercises these past 3 weeks, on account of time management and poor discipline. Just need to get right back to my swimming and cycling.
Well, its' time to maintain the temple of the Lord. Or in my case, to rebuild ah, in following the church theme of this year... :P

ReplyDeleteAnd for myself, yes, my insurance agent also commented that i've put on weight, which is good, since i used to be so bony that my cheekbones were sooooo defined!
Ironically, i once told my family doc 2 years ago that i wanted to put on weight and he was very surprised. He asked why i wanted to do so, since i was skinny all my life! Of course, i was embarrassed to tell him that it was because i wanted to look good (kekeke... i was only 57.5kg then!).
Anyway, now i'm at the heaviest point of my life! 63.5kg ah..... but that still makes me a light-weight in WWE, at 135 pounds only... Big show is over 300 pounds! =P

ReplyDeleteI only watched wrestling during the "good, ole days" of WWF. After that, stopped watching it as I found out it wasn't real... :p Naive and guillbe during my younger days...

Yah, seems like WWE getting a little mad these days. No longer focusing on technical wrestling skills but more of shows manship, who can entertain crowds better, sell more merchandise.....
