Sang this song in worship segment for our conference this morning. Didn't know why I was belting it out at the top of my voice during the singing. Only now at the end of the day, then did I realise I was led by the Spirit to thank Jesus for all that He has done in carrying our event all the way. :D

Only just know this is one of Don Moen's song from his 2004 album of the same name.
