As my friend said, you won't notice the 2 and a half hours of time fly by, with all the frantic actions and fast-story telling. It's a bit disappointing though, in the area of robots fight. Why no laser weapon? :p I miss the "chiu chiu CHIU!" of the old laser weapons from the 1st generation cartoon series. Thank God they preserved the transforming sound effects though.

yeah. Did you notice Blackout's rampage? It looked like Mechwarrior. Like a mech using autocannons storming through enemies, not very life-like. As you said, no lasers. :(
