on being humbled by little ones...

oh, as I was recounting, last Saturday had to return to office to host and guide a group of visitors. They are children aged from seven till twelve, I think. Haha, it's a joy to behold them sitting so obediently* there listening to the adults  (i.e. us).  After the whole thing, my friend remarked that actually these children are very well-behaved. Someone must have "worked with" them before i.e. spend time teaching them how to behave and stuff like that. I'm glad that they are actually well-behaved; otherwise, I don't know how to handle them.** Haha, one of them actually said that I used very simple English, when I asked them the traditional "Do you have any questions?" Kids nowadays are sure smarter, man...



* Initially wrote "quietly", Then as I remembered more a bit, actually they were not that quiet. :p Well, kids will be kids. Rather have lively than silent kids.

** I'm too far removed from my childhood to remember what used to keep my attention. :p
